Our Cattle are Good Natural Wholesome BeefOur cattle are all natural and healthy beef.
They are grass fed beef and free range herd. Targeted carcass weights for the best quality both visual and eating experience range from 750 pounds to 850 pounds. Live animal weights are 1200 to 1350 pounds. Only Steers are used in meat production. Age, at time of slaughter ranges from 20 to 30 months. We can provide grain or corn fed finished steers if requested. All our feed comes right of our family farm and is USDA certified organic hay/pasture. Our Cattle All the cattle are members of a closed herd. Meaning there are never strange (pathogens & diseases) introduced into the herd. Every beef is fully traceable – from where and what it ate to when it was born.
